It looks good. I see you've used what looks like a bit of smudge and blur tool under the eyes, nose bridge and lips. It's the eye's irregular iris shape as well as the eye lids that throws it off a bit...
Over all, it's a good try. Keep it up....
As a preference, I would use solid shapes or light colors for the hair hilights or even the eyebags. And I'd sometimes use a gradient for the skin tone
