Photoshop Basic Help?

Hi there,
I hope someone can help me. Unfortunately, I waited last minute, and I am in need. I need someone to do some basic photoshopping to a head shot. Such as fixing blemishes, sharpening, creating vibrancy. Basically, I need this head shot to look professional. Can anyone help me. I can e-mail you the picture or post on here.
