Storing sizes, locations, etsc.

Windows which are part of the Windows Shell are stored in the registry.
Photoshop windows are probably saved in a psp file in your settings folder....but I dunno for sure.
Knowing Adobe, that file will be in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying 'Beware of the Leopard'....and not generally available to the end-user.
