This is made in PS, using Pixelsquid elements (tricycle and teddy bear), the shadow of the tricycle was made in Blender using a basic tricycle just to have a nice shadow using the shadow Catcher in Blender.
I saved it as PNG and imported in the composite and then masked away the tricycle and fit the shadow to the Pixelsquid tricycle.

So I used

Excellent work Lambert! That is a long road to travel.

Thanks Sam, and yep a bit of symbolism is in place...

Thanks Ged,

I knew it :banghead: that I forgot to mask away a colored rim on that side...
I'll correct that...

Amazing work! i agree the child seems a bit off compared with the rest but not sure why, lowest contrast or desaturated not sure..

Still wonderfull job!

Cheers!

Thanks Argos,

Ged already mentionned it and I will correct that part.

Staring too long at a screen makes you miss the obvious flaws..

A wonderful composite Lambert!
I love how you created the late afternoon light with warm colors.

Thanks Chris,

What gave it away? The logo of course.

I was planning to use PS 3D to make the bike shadow then I thought 'that might take awhile to render' and I did it in Blender...nah.

I do that often. I make myself walk away to take a break............when I come back things I hadn't noticed before suddenly jump out at me.

Yep, thats the best thing to do but when you're in a hurry...

I know now what went wrong; I played with the position of the boy flipping him vertically...and of course forgetting to place the rimlighting on the other side...
