    You could use grunge brushes over it, set to overlay, and mask them. Also, try and make a nighttime scene (You can use curves) then, illuminate window by placing ABOVE the curve adjustment layer.

    Umm... Smokey, sorry to burst your bubble, but there is something called as pen tool in photoshop. Hansolo, it depends on the shape, sometimes you cannot get a tapering effect. Try Curving it EXTREMELY, then, use the warp, or other transform tools to fix it.

    You'll have to get a stock image of plastic stretched (sxc.hu), and then overlay it to a greenish cross. Then decrease the opacity of the cross. Not sure how to do the rough edges though.

    Your best bet then is to use the pen tool, and work manually, if you want to retain the stars. Try what I said once, select the striped are with any tool, and use hue/saturation. Coloring over isn't very effective.

    The colors are CMYK... Duplicate 4 times, color it with cyan, magenta and yellow (use CMYK percentages on color selector...) Change position (Press shift and up arrow) Blending mode could be overlay, or soft light. Experiment a bit.

    You have to do it in HTML :P There is no way you can use links in photoshop, I gave you the code as you had specified that the coding is in CSS.

    Logo help

    Maybe it's me with a corrupted mind, but your logo doesn't look right, if you know what I mean. To change colors, you could use adjustment layers, and clip them.

    Removing light glare on a wall

    -Duplicate the layer -Leave the only wall part remaining (ie, remove the girl and the door) -Use clone stamp to clear the light, don't worry if it looks patchy -Decrease opacity. You could try messing with changing blend mode to overlay or vivid light.
