Any tips on giving more detail to these clothing textures?

Hey there, I've made a texture for a character's outfit from the web series RWBY by Rooster Teeth. I'm just wondering, are there any general tips or methods I can use to put details such as fabric fibers, shadows, basically just a bit more depth than just color?

Welcome to the forum.
There are several things you can do, but the first thing, you need to get your parts each isolated on a layer to themselves. Then use filters, effects etc to enhance them. Maybe try the ACR (Camera Raw) filter and push up clarity, contrast, exposure etc.
