CS5 Problem - ordinal 3873 missing!

I am trying to access the Lens Correction filter in CS5 but keep getting the following error message "the ordinal 3873 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAV 32. dll.
I wondered if anyone had encountered this previously and if you could advise on a fix.
I am rinning Windows 7, 64 bit.
Any advice will be gratefully received

I'm on CS4 so I can't comment on that.

But hang on.... others may be able to help..

try opening up ps in 32 or 8 bit mode it's may not work in 64 bit

Oh yes.... iDad's post reminded me some filters in 32bit do not work in 64 bit.... don't take my word for it.... I read it somewhere myself.....

Lens correction works on my on 64 bit Windows 7 PC without any problems.

Just checked here also, no problem on mac ........ it was just a guess

Thanks iDad. It does work in 32 bit. It didn't even occur to me that I could open PS in 32 bit mode. What can I say; there is dumb and then there is really dumb!
