Help, my serial number was hijacked, and technical support won't help me!

My CS2 is malfunctioning. I used neon glow last night and it worked fine, but now when I try to use it I can't change the color

When I called technical support, they said my product was registered to someone else.

i guess you need to take that up with Adobe, we can not do anything about that, if it is legitimately yours you guys can figure it out Start a ticket with them at Adobe support only thing I can suggest

Try resetting the preferences file, that fixes a lot of mysterious problems in PS.
