Help with Logo...Any help appreciated greatly!!!

I would like to take the "Beat It" phrase out of the blue ring and place above the "erd" in the word Nerd in black bold cursive. On the bottom in the blue ring I would like to put Fair Oaks, CA in a regular font. I appreciate any help as I know you are doing this on your own time. It is for a basketball team that fellow teachers and myself put together to play on

Yes that is really close as I know I was pretty vague. Can the bottom lettering add a comma and CA next to it and make large enough to fill the entire bottom or close to it.
