how do i make a face 'peel' back to a skull?

I need to make a photo peel of the layers of skin, through muscle and back to a skull. how would i go about this?

could you explain that a bit better?It sounds like you'll need multiple layers(lots) pretty sure you'll be able to do it with puppet or the transform tool though

want a photo of a girl, then have her skin peeling off to show muscle layer, then peeling back to show skull- an animated effect I guess.

well if you can not draw it you'll need to get all the photos of each layer and place them where they need to be and start using the warp or transform tool , if you are a novice it will take some serious practice even a pro would have some trial and error going on, on that one
