This is very simple..............Photoshop 101!

Add a color fill layer set to white. Lower it's opacity to 90%
On the color fill layers layer mask, use the Brush Tool with very low settings and set to black to reveal the parts of the image you desire.

Yes IamSam i used your method.In my earlier method i cut the images with 100% feather i hid it on the 1st layer i added the color fill . Thanks once again awesome tutorial and tips.I addicted to this forum
