I've done the edit.(mostly) I've done the major stuff but I was unable to do the floor and some shadows. I ain't a pro but I've done what I can.

Hopefully, you can do the minor edits using the original image.

For the shadows and stains on the wall you can use the patch tool with big selections its a really easy way to achieve uniformity.
The floor you can do it with clone, perspective etc there are several methods but its more difficult... it's tricky that floor XD.
