Remove last guy from picture

Hello all. I was wondering can anybody please remove the last person in the selfi? the one who is talking on phone.

I changed it to a png and it opened.

FWIW - ages back I set up an action in Photoshop that is on F11 so that all I have to do is to right click on an image on the net, copy the image to the clipboard and then in Photoshop press F11 and the image opens up in its own tab.

It is sooo useful that I am surprised that Photoshop doesn't have a "Clipboard to new Image" setting built in!
