Remove reflections/blur wedding photo: Difficult

Hi all.

I only have a couple of photos of my husband and I from my brother's wedding and one has a lot of reflections/blur. If possible can the light issues be resolved (especially on my husband), and if the other people dancing on the right and the man in the mirror could be too that would be an added bonus but not crucial if too much work. Sorry if it's a difficult job!

I have added another photo taken moments after so you can see colours etc.

I was really................bored XD, i used the face of the groom from chrisdesign work, i was already tired and being honest i dont think it can be better its a perfect job. Bad idea to left the groom to the end XD
