So I made a Icon in Illustrator and imported it to ps and resized it to 19x19 from 250x250 (not accurate on the actual size) but it was from a bigger image to a small one. Why is my image coming out pixelated? I am guessing because the original image was a png and I had to turn it into a ico file.

Resizing from Large to small make image pixelated?

Maybe thats a problem, 19px can show only 19 pixels, if you understand what i mean. Form 250 to 200 i don't think that it gets pixelate.
For example if youresize 250px to 1px (which is smaller of course than 250) then you get nice one color pixel.
I hope you understand what i'm trying to say.
