Creating uneven "drawn" circles

You'd probably find a brush that will do that.
There are plenty of free brush sets available....you just have to look of them...

OooMG..... lol.
Sometimes a text font's O can be very useful......
Select font with appropriate shaped character. (....if you know what its O looks like. If not Type the O then choose font)
Create text in desired color..... Distort a bit if desired ..... Rasterize the text layer.... .
Press CTRL+J to duplicate the layer (3layers)
Play with Opacity, layer options, while at the same time, move around, Rotate, slice and dice.....lol.
option.... you can create a brush with it if you wish..... select color first before use.
