Help identifying photo colour effect?

Can anyone help to identify the colour effect in the photo below?
The first image is an original photograph and the second is after the colour effect has been applied. I've been trying to recreate this in photoshop but no luck as yet! Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

This is pretty close...

Adjustment layer > Hue/Saturation > Saturation -68

Inkz nailed it. If you are really anal, you can probably get it even a bit closer if you stay in the hue/sat dialog box and then separately adjust the saturation and luminosity for each of the colors listed. After the colors are taken care of, it also looks like the blacks (or at least the luminosity of the greens) may be bumped up a bit in the 1st example.
