Is it possible to get this green guy a natural skin tone?

Hi, I'd need to give this guy a somewhat natural skin tone, or at least something warmer than this green. I've played around a bit but doesn't really get there. Any tips?

Another quick way.

For local areas you can also use the Brush Tool set to Color.
