    Simple image editing needed

    I am looking for one of you experts to crop the background out of the attached image so that only the person's image remains. I don't know what a fair price is for this work but I'm more than happy to pay via PayPal.

    I happens to get one problem, and as my english and comunication skills sometimes goes down, maybe someone can do that "thing" for me? Request: In GREY color mode, make a Solid Color (addjustment layer) filled with 100%K. How simple is that! :)
